In 1975 Mr. William C. McCrory, P.E. and Mr. Richard J. Williams, P.L.S. established McCrory & Williams with a focus on quality service. Mr. McCrory passed away in 1997 and Mr. Williams continued leading the firm into its current stage of aggressive growth. Senior staffers William E. Wilkerson, P.E. and Merlin J. Miller, P.L.S. purchased the firm upon Mr. Williams’ retirement in 2000.
Our areas of practice include general civil engineering consulting services encompassing surveying, planning, design, and construction management for all types of infrastructure projects. We have demonstrated competence and earned the confidence of our clients on a broad range of projects including: land surveying; commercial and residential property/site development; streets and highways; storm water drainage; water supply, treatment, storage and distribution; wastewater collection, pumping, and treatment; water
resources; environmental permitting; environmental

site assessments; and construction engineering. McCrory & Williams currently serves as the General Engineering Consultant for several municipalities and municipal agencies. We have energetic service relationships with numerous local and state clients.
McCrory & Williams is proud of our expanding staff and our ability to provide the required plans and specifications, bid documents, and assistance in the bidding process to be consistent with applicable regulations. We also prepare and administer construction contracts that comply with Federal and State regulations. In addition, we have an excellent staff to provide on-site surveillance during the construction process. We provide regular progress reports to the Client and staff, conduct final construction inspections, and issue final certificates of completion of the work.
