Merlin Miller is Chief Executive Officer and Manager of Surveys. He has 39 years of experience as a land surveyor, including over 29 years as a licensed professional. He is licensed in the states of Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Louisiana, and Tennessee. Mr. Miller’s expertise includes the use of GPS equipment, boundary, cadastral, topographic, hydrographic and right of way surveying. He, assisted by a highly qualified staff, administers all areas of the survey section, including staffing, project development, quality control, equipment purchases, and maintenance.
