William Wilkerson

Since 1975, Mr. Wilkerson has performed engineering services for numerous water and sewer systems in our area. His engineering experience includes system and facility evaluation, development of master plans, project design, and construction management for a wide variety of infrastructure projects. The type of water system work includes water related studies, rehabilitation, system modeling, raw water supply, dams, intake docks, treatment plants, O&M manuals, corrosion control, easement research, chemical purchases, distribution system, booster stations and storage tanks. As related to wastewater facilities, the type of work includes I/I studies, interceptors, collection systems, rehabilitation, rate studies, sludge disposal, pumping stations, outfalls, treatment facilities and standard specifications development.
