Carah Hall

Ms. Hall is a professional engineer with four years of diversified experience in projects from conceptual planning and preliminary studies to final designs. Her experience includes preparing documentation for and conducting environmental impact studies, environmental assessments, and feasibility studies for projects in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. She has design experience in site development, storm sewer systems, roadway infrastructure, water systems, and sanitary sewer systems for municipal and commercial clients along the Gulf Coast. Ms. Mason has also prepared cost estimates and Technical Specification documents, and has assisted in the bidding process for various projects. Her clients include ALDOT, MDOT, LADOTD, MAWSS, the City of Mobile, and private developers.
